The USA made shock cord does not get soft and lose its elastic strength or memory. The shock cord grips or hugs your body and transfers the weight of your binoculars equally around your shoulder and chest without digging into your skin or body. Unlike the wide flat strap harnesses our round cord will not vibrate or flutter in the wind. Fast single point adjustment allows you to quickly fit the harness to your change of clothing. A standard post and packaging charge of £4.50 is payable on all orders below the value of £30.00 on this website, any orders over this value will be posted free of charge.
For next working day delivery we use DPD 24hr service and for smaller items we use Royal Mail.
Our postage prices apply only to UK, BFPO and Channel Island addresses.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery within mainland UK is normally within 24 hours of receipt of your order, however, please allow five working days before querying a non-delivery.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take longer.
We’re sorry, we can only deliver to destinations of UK. For deliveries to EU countries, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. Contact us at: store@theurbanbirderworld.com.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
Most orders will be delivered by courier between 9 am and 5 pm. If you are unlikely to be in to sign for the parcel, please specify an alternate delivery address where a signature can be made.

Warranty
Your confirmation of order email acts as a proof of purchase in relation to under warranty repairs. Please check each product specification for information on their guarantee/ warrranty. Please ensure that you package safely and send them securely.
Any factory defects are 100% returnable for a replacement item of like kind. Shipping the replacement item to the customer is at the expense of RYO.
Warranty for the Ultra-Light Harness is 2 years with proof of purchase. With standard of care and use applied any defects, excessively worn or defective hardware will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Rick Young Outdoors LLC.
Retail stores who carry the Ultra-Light Harness are instructed to tell the end users (customers) to contact Rick Young Outdoors LLC for a warranty issue.
Returns
Should you decide to return your item, you may do so within 14 days for a full refund (excluding any postage costs). The Urban Birder Ltd are not liable for the cost of any returns, it is up to you to ensure the safe return of the item, therefore we recommend you use a signed for service.
If you are requesting an exchange of product (for reasons other than an error by us) then we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery cost.
