The Glare Blocker blocks out ambient light and glare entirely so that your binoculars can reach their potential, and you get the visual acuity and clarity you require. The comfortable Bino Bandit will fit most binoculars, including the Swarvoski BTX, and considerably reduce eye strain.
The Bino Bandit is easy to install, flex-fits around the eye cups to seal out the wind and ambient light, and is built rugged for the outdoors.
The flexible neoprene stretches and tightens down around each eyepiece and includes a male and female buckle that locks together, protecting the eye-cups from water, dust, and mechanical damage.

Delivery
Delivery of orders are usually despatched directly from the supplier. The Urban Birder Ltd (TUB) does not control their despatch. However, in the event of any delay or non-appearance of goods please do not hesitate to contact us. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses or PO boxes.
The cost of delivery depends on the country it needs to be shipped to and the weight of the parcel. Prices and charges include VAT.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days, after which it can take 2-3 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order within the UK. 3-5 business days in Europe and 5-7 working days in other countries.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the delivering company. Please keep in mind that delivery might be slightly delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The cost of delivery and timescales will vary depending on your country, and you may also be required to pay an import duty to your local customs office. The import taxes are not included in the delivery charge on our website.

Warranty & Repairs
Your confirmation of order email acts as a proof of purchase in relation to under warranty repairs. Please check each product specification for information on their guarantee/ warrranty. Should you need to return the product for an under warranty repair, returns should be made directly back to the manufacturer. Please ensure that you package the binoculars safely and send them securely. The Urban Birder Ltd are not liable for any increased postage incurred for warranty repairs.
Returns
Should you decide to return your item, you may do so within 14 days for a full refund (excluding any postage costs). The Urban Birder Ltd are not liable for the cost of any returns, it is up to you to ensure the safe return of the item, therefore we recommend you use a signed for service.
If you are requesting an exchange of product (for reasons other than an error by us) then we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery cost.
