The basics of phonescoping

Paul Hackett is one of the UK’s leading bird phonescopers and has pioneered many of the techniques used today. He is primarily a birder with a keen interest in photography. Paul’s current roles include digiscoping consultant at Kowa UK, Panasonic Lumix ambassador and RSPB photography volunteer.

In this In Conservation With… workshop Paul will use his amazing birding images to discuss how to create great bird and wildlife photography. He uses birding scopes to achieve his images and will share his techniques, the best way to set up the smart phone and great accessories to help achieve the shot.
