Tip:
Gentle Wash. Avoid harsh or corrosive cleaning agents. Not recommended for microwave use due to print. To prolong the life of your print, hand washing is recommended.

Please note due to lockdown and high volumes Royal Mail are experiencing some delays and therefore we cannot currently guarantee delivery dates.
- • UK – Due to increased demand and local lockdowns, Royal Mail delivery times have been extended. Please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery.
- • EU – Deliveries within Europe usually take 7-14 working days. Delivery will depend upon your countries postal service.
- • Rest of world – Please allow extra time for deliveries

Delivery of orders are usually despatched directly from the supplier. The Urban Birder Ltd (TUB) does not control their despatch. However, in the event of any delay or non-appearance of goods please do not hesitate to contact us. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses or PO boxes.

Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days.
Free UK delivery
If you order gift cards, virtual gifts and/or gift membership packs, and nothing else, you will not be charged for delivery. If your order totals £50.00 or more, standard UK delivery (including Channel Islands) is free.
European Union (EU) Pricing
You will be liable to pay any import or customs charges that are applied to your order. These charges are set by local custom authorities and our outside of our control.
Rest of the World Pricing
The cost of delivery and timescales will vary depending on your country, and you may also be required to pay an import duty to your local customs office. The import taxes are not included in the delivery charge on our website.
