Delivery Service

Delivery of orders are usually despatched directly from the supplier. The Urban Birder Ltd (TUB) does not control their despatch. However, in the event of any delay or non-appearance of goods please do not hesitate to contact us. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses or PO boxes.

The cost of delivery depends on the country it needs to be shipped to and the weight of the parcel. Prices and charges include VAT.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days, after which it can take 2-3 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order within the UK. 3-5 business days in Europe and 5-7 working days in other countries.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the delivering company. Please keep in mind that delivery might be slightly delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
